Overview
This page explains how users of the Glamela By Pamela website and mobile app can request deletion of personal data held by Glamela Group SARL.
We respect your privacy and will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
What data we may delete
When you request account deletion, we can remove or anonymize data linked to your account, including your name, phone number, email address, shipping and billing details stored in your profile, mobile app login tokens, push notification tokens, and order history associated with your account where we are not required to retain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Some information may need to be retained for a limited periodβfor example completed order records, payment audit logs, or data required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at team@glamelagroup.sarl from the email address or phone number linked to your account.
Please include the subject line Data Deletion Request and tell us:
β’ Your full name
β’ The phone number or email used in the Glamela app or website
β’ Whether you want your entire account deleted or specific data removed
β’ Any additional details that help us locate your account
In-app account users
If you signed in to the Glamela Android app with your phone number, send your deletion request from the same phone number or from the email address shown in your account profile (if any).
After we verify your identity, we will delete your app account, invalidate active login sessions, and remove associated profile data unless retention is legally required.
Processing time
We aim to confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve an active order, refund, or dispute.
We may contact you if we need additional information to verify your request.
Third-party services
If you signed in using a third-party service (such as Google or Facebook), you may also manage permissions in that provider’s account settings. Deleting data with us does not automatically delete data held by third-party platforms.
Push notifications sent through Firebase or similar services will stop after your app tokens are removed from our systems.
